How to become slim ?


I have heard many person sayings that they do exercise, they do dieting but to no avail. They believe that nothing can help them in becoming slim. First I would like to say what they believe is absolutely wrong. Exercise and dieting always help if these are practiced honestly and regularly. Here I would like to ask a question, "Have you really practiced both of these things for the last six months? " I am 100% sure the real honest answer will be "No". What we do, is just we exercise for one or two months, then we notice that there is no improvement, and finally we leave it. Now just think, when you eat a burger for one or two days, have you ever found that you became very bulky just after two days, or even after a month? The answer is "No". When we go on eating junk food for about six months, only then we find out that we have become fat. If we can not become fat within a month, then how can we become slim within a month. Both of these processes take almost equal time. So never be discouraged if there is no improvement within a month. Continue to exercise and proper dieting, it will certainly give you results but you have to wait for some time. 
                Next most common question is "When we exercise, only our tummy remains the same rest all body shrinks, it creates a problem?"  The answer is this feeling is very common. Do not be scared of this feeling. At first it happens in the same way. This is not a negative sign but a very positive sign. It means exercise has started giving results. If you continue exercising, then you will find later on your tummy will also start decreasing.
                Next question is "Should we take medicines to reduce fat?"  The answer is "No". Because medicines has so much adverse side-effects. Never take shortcuts in life. Only the original and natural route pays. Work hard to get the long lasing results.
