4 golden rules to stay healthy -real experience

1- Mix two table spoon of amla juice and aloevira juice along with some water and drink it daily early in the morning before eating anything else.
2- Do any aerobic exercise daily. You can also play badminton. It is good for all people belonging to different age groups.
3- Do some gym exercise atleast once or twice a week. It does not mean to lift heavy weights. One can also use light weight according to one’s capacity. Only aerobic exercise or only gym exercise is not enough to keep you energetic. What one need is the combination of both.
4- Never drink water immediately after having your meal. Always leave the minimum gap of 40 minutes between your meal and water.
