Business versus job - which is better ?

The following are the differences between the business and job :-
1. In job whether it is government or private, the growth is very limited, while in business the growth     is unlimited. One can expand as much he wants.
2. It has been seen that those who are doing job for few years, they get fed up with their jobs and             want to get rid of it. Whether they are able to do so or not, but internally they are dying of it. 
3. In job, one can't live a luxurious life. He can't buy a luxurious car, a big house with a swimming         pool. But in business he can make his dreams a reality because of the unlimited potential of the           business. 
4. In jobs, the life of a person is very relaxed. He did not have to think more, did not need to stress         more, or work more. But in business, in the initial years a person has to work very hard. He has to       be very creative every moment. He has to take risks and face stress more. 

So these are the basic differences between the job and business. So before taking decision for any of these two, you must dwell over these four points to take a perfect decision for your career.
